Day 1: Clean eating=happy body and soul
So yesterday marked the first day of the rest of my life, in terms of eating clean! I went to Weigman’s on Wednesday which is like whole foods on steroids of you haven’t been and I bought all kinds of good stuff. I’ve always been told that the only foods you should buy and put into your body are the ones on the outer perimeter of the grocery story. So anyway, I’ve decided to start this journey for many reasons but number one being for overall health and wellness. I have done a lot of research on how foods can affect your body not only physically but spiritually and mentally. So when I say I have started to eat clean, I mean cutting out processed foods, cutting back on meat and animal products and increasing fruit and veggie intake.
